01 · RESIDENTIAL

Building or extending your home is a major investment. Hanton QS provides clear cost information from the outset, helping you understand what your project is likely to cost before construction begins.

We prepare detailed estimates and schedules of works and rates, then work with you and your architect to review the budget, identify potential cost pressuresand explore value engineering where required.

During construction, we provide a project-specific Cost Tracking Document so you can monitor expenditure against budget, while also assisting with valuation certificates and agreement of the final account.

02 · COMMERCIAL & DEVELOPMENT

Hanton QS provides Quantity Surveying support for larger and more complex projects, bringing clear cost information and commercial oversight from early planning through construction and final account.

Our experience includes housing developments of more than 200 units, schools, hotels, nursing homes, restaurants, pharmaceutical projects and large-scale commercial buildings.

We work closely with clients and design teams to establish realistic budgets, assess tender information and maintain cost control as the project progresses.

03 · PROFESSIONAL QUANTITY SURVEYING

Hanton QS provides Professional Quantity Surveying services directly to clients undertaking construction projects and to firms delivering projects on behalf of their clients.

From the pre-construction stage, we prepare cost estimates and tender documentation based on the design team information, working closely with the client and consultants to establish the budget and keep the project within its agreed constraints.

Following tender, we provide tender and cost reports, assist with the contract agreement, evaluate interim submissions, variations and design changes, and work through to agreement of the final account and project sign-off.
